Ford, you are doing it right

During this year’s  edition of the SEMA Motor Show, the public had the honour to see the newest and the hottest version of the  Mustang GT King Cobra, the new-gen Ford Mustang. This model has been completely redesigned and its abilities include the  Drag Pack, rear sub-frame kit and bushings with high performance. The manufacturers’ first aim was to create a high-performance street-and-drag strip car, and so they did!

Another feature of this powerful machine is the Handling Pack, that brings the car 1 inch closer to the ground because of the front and rear lowering springs and it also has a stabilizer bar kit, and the rear shocks which are completely renewed. The Super Pack adds a 2.3 liter Twin Vortices Series supercharger and it also has a 5.0 liter V8 unit, which is able to deliver a staggering  600 HP, that is, 447 kW.

An interesting thing, the customers say, is that this year’s SEMA show has plenty of customized Ford Mustangs. This time Ford has revealed the new Mustang GT King Cobra which was built in a cooperation with Ford Racing Performance Parts. Jamie Allison, the director of Ford Racing, says that they want to challenge cars to reach their limit because they are doing their best for more than a hundred years , and that is why they were happy to put their hands on the new 2015 Mustang.  The Mustang fans can now open the Ford Racing parts catalog and see what they could get.

The new Mustang GT King Cobra is able to run a quarter mile in 10.97 seconds, and the owners of this muscle car have the chance to flick through Ford Racing’s extensive parts and make some changes to their own car. This means that they can modify the Super Pack, that adds a supercharger to the Mustang GT’s 5.0L V8, that make the car produce power equal to more than 600 horses.
