According to Eddie from Addiction Motorsports, the car debuted as a low-mileage 1993 Cobra and has gone through various versions since then. All builds, including this one, are built on a 4.6-liter Ford Modular V-8, but rather than the original twin-turbo system, it now has a single large turbo located low under the bumper.

The 4.6-liter DOHC V-8 is from a more recent Cobra model and retains the factory block and C-heads from a 1999 Ford Mustang Cobra. It’s got a billet crankshaft and FuelTech electronic fuel injection, so it’s tuned to operate on E90 race fuel. A large, single Precision XPR 94mm turbocharger rams air into the engine at over 30 psi (2.07 bar) of boost. This adds up to 1,700 horsepower at the rear wheels. A two-speed PowerGlide gearbox, nine-inch rear axle, improved, heavily loaded suspension, and 275mm Mickey Thompson Pro Radial tires transfer power to the rear.

The structure’s immaculate state is the most astounding feature. It has the factory steel body panels and glass, as well as a fully functional interior, at least in the front section of the cockpit. “It’s as substantial as it gets,” Eddie remarks.. The Foxbody, according to Eddi, weighs 3,250 pounds (1,474 kg) without the driver, and “it’s not a 2,500-pound tin can.” There are even power windows.
